I can do a pie chart that is grouped by the dot walked COE (sn_hr_core_case.hr_service.topic_category.COE). I can even use this chart as filter on the platform analytics dashboard, but if I try to directly create a filter for the dashboard, I cannot see the field in the dot-walked list for "Data to filter".
There are COE breakdowns for some of the out-of-the-box HR case indicators in Performance Analytics, but I cannot use this for standard report visualizations.
How can I create a dashboard filter on COE for HR Case table?

Hi @InfoSteve ,
You can use 'Interactive Filter' module to create filter for your reports on dashboard.
Below are the steps you can follow:
1. Go to Interactive Filter module and click New.
2. Select 'Filter based on' field as 'Choice list',
Set the 'Name' field (eg. HR COE),
Select 'Table' as 'HR Case [sn_hr_core_case]',
and 'Field' as a Task type.
3. Save the form.
4. Go to Dashboard and click on Add widget icon at the right top.
5. Select 'Widget category' as 'Interactive filters', and click on Choice list.
6. Select the created interactive filter(i.e, HR COE). And click on Add button.
7. The report that want to filter select filter widget icon and check Interactivity = Follow interactive filter.
8. Then apply filter and see filtered reports.
Please ask if you have any queies.
