The message "Case was transferred from" does not appear in activity

Hi,
After executing a transfer case using the method to transfer to a new case number, the message confirming the action does not appear in the activity log. Has anyone experienced this issue before and found a solution they can share with me?

Hi @Tal5 ,
Please verify and confirm the HR Case traferred is NOT having Universal Request associated with it!
* If HR Case having UR ticket then it will not show message and addition comment "Case was transferred from HRxxxxx" on HR case.
* Try to Transfer a case that do not have Universal Request associated with it. and check the Activity stream for Additional comment.

Follow below steps.
1) Open HR case form and under 'Comments and work notes' section click on filter icon. and click on 'Configure available fields'.
2) If 3 fields already not available then bring to selected slushbucket and save it.
