How do I link an enhancement to the story?

There should be a related list Stories at the bottom of your Enhancement form

Hi @Mide ,

In General, Enhancements are created from strategic demands and they track its execution. If you are following the agile methodology then you could raise multiple stories from your enhancement and track it within your sprint/release cycle. Once the stories are completed, the enhancement is closed and then its related demand.

If you go to Enhancement form, you can Already find Stories in OOTB :

Yes, I love that you can relate STRYs to ENHC.  But, why isn't there a NEW button to create the STRY from the Enhancement?

As there is some field mapping required to create the story and align it with the enhancement, it is a UI action.
