I'm trialing the demo environment for ServiceNow and am trying to add a GIF to my knowledge article but keep getting the error that the file isn't recognized (see below)
When I upload as an image...it works but it's so pixelated it's not really readable.
I've tried looking at the product documentation knowledge base but haven't really found any 'How to's' for this? Though I'm not a navigation whiz so maybe I'm looking in the wrong place?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Amelia

Hey Mark - have attached the GIF here. I don't think it's low quality either:

Just played the file on my computer and realized that the file is pixelated to begin with! So something happened after I converted it to a GIF it seems - I'll have a play around with it.
Thank you for your help though!

Yea, definitely pixelated before hand for sure...plus the size is really large for a .gif.
I would recommend doing a video file, if anything. I did one through skype just the other day and it was 8MB but also like 8 minutes long (so in your case, your file would be significantly less, and I'm sure there's a way to auto-play it, plus it would have audio...or no audio, depending on what you want). So I think you may want to reevaluate that.
