How to add an event to upcoming events widget in Service Portal of specific users?

Here is a scenario that there is a New Hire Onboarding LE Record Producer when submitted, creates an HR Case. When Start date and end date is entered on the native UI of this HR case, then an event of meeting between HR person and that new joiner is created in their respective MS Teams calendar since integration is already done for the same. So the requirement is how to display that meeting in the Upcoming Events widget to that new joiner and the HR person only on their respective Upcoming Events widget on service portal?

Hi,
1.Navigate to Content Publishing >Content Categories > Portal:
2. Click on "New" to create a new event, make sure the the "Content type is "Event": for example :
3. Save
4. Scroll Down on the event created and look for Schedule Content , click on new and fill the form where you want to show in the portal, under which widget:

Thank you for your time in replying.
This is for the normal event which we want to display for the specific audience but my ask is different than this. Please can you take that into consideration and propose a solution accordingly.
