How to check the integration with workday

Hi Experts,
Workday to ServiceNow users integration .
When i try to update user inactive in workday it was not sync in ServiceNow sys_user table, can any one explain where i can check this in ServiceNow and what should i need to change in integration.

helping out with an integration with almost no details is difficult, but let's try...
You mentioned Workday and sys_user, are there any staging table? Using sys_import_set_row?
Are there any messages coming through or not a single one? If some arrive, are they create/update, both?
