How to create an Incident trough an HR Case

Hi everyone,

 

I was just wondering what is the best way to create an Incident from an HR Case record. 

Is it possible and how do I do it?

Hi @rafas_2703 ,

 

On top of that @rafas_2703 I would suggest that this requires discussions between "HR" and "IT" as this is a larger topic than "creating an Incident". We are currently in the same scenario and our solution (still under process discussions) is to create an interaction beforehand as we have had experienced that it sometimes is infact not an incident, but rather a Service Request - this gives the IT SD the possibility to triage it.

Furthermore, it might worth it to look into "Universial Request" - but that's an entire new discussion.

Yea I am aware of that, that was why I created the post to see which approach might be the best.
