How to create an Incident trough an HR Case

Hi everyone,

 

I was just wondering what is the best way to create an Incident from an HR Case record. 

Is it possible and how do I do it?

@rafas_2703 , thus far we have only enabled the possibility to create an interaction out of an incident and the SD takes care of either an incident or a service request - depending on what is requested by the subject person.
