how to create an VIP user?

I am using HRSN, and when I check the HR Cases, I get this page with some 'VIP' users in red. 

May I ask why they are VIP users and how to set someone as an VIP user?

Hi,

In their user profile (sys_user table) [User Administration > User] the VIP flag or field is checked/true for them. That is why.

You may need to add this field to your form so you can see it.

Hello Georgina,

You can set any user as VIP by going to user profile and Check the VIP TRUE.

When it comes to Coloring it in RED, that it s field style defined as below.

Go to List view, Right Click between column headers and select configure ALL
