how to create an VIP user?

I am using HRSN, and when I check the HR Cases, I get this page with some 'VIP' users in red.

May I ask why they are VIP users and how to set someone as an VIP user?

Hi,

In their user profile (sys_user table) [User Administration > User] the VIP flag or field is checked/true for them. That is why.

You may need to add this field to your form so you can see it.
