Resolved! SLA Definition

For HR case - Assignment group HRSCC-MX we didn't created TASK SLA on February month.If we created  HR TASK SLA for Assignment group HRSCC-MX. old HR CASE TASK SLA will be calculated(Generate)?

Worknotes is not getting captured in activity stream

Hi team,While creating new cases from HR Agent workspace, there is a worknote field. The value entered in worknotes field is not getting captured in activity stream section.How can we resolve this issue ?Please guide
