how to deactivate the functionalities of this plugin com.snc.i18n.traditional_chinese

Hi All,

I need to deactivate the plugin ("com.snc.i18n.traditional_chinese"), as this is not possible so i need to hide the functionalities or features of this plugin.

But i need to know the when the traditional chinese plugin is installed what are the tables is getting updated and how i can change the update in the tables.
