How to Disassociate an interaction with a case?

Hello! We are rolling out the use of interactions with HR Case Management and having a hard time finding out how to disassociate an interaction with a case if it was 'accidentally' associated in error. Does anyone know how to do this or if its possible?

Hi, OOB I believe that Interaction 'Associated' records are created on table 'interaction_related_record'.
I think the most appropriate process would be to delete the (relationship) record from this table.
