how to display only My case requests on "My Requests" widget in the ESC portal

Hi All,

Actually i have requirement that need to display only My case Requests on "My Requests" widget in the ESC portal , like need to able to see the Case records which are "opened for" contains my name in the HR cases

 

Please help me to complete this

Hi Ramu,

 

What appears in My Requests is configured in Service Catalog > My Request Filters.  You can add, deactivate, update the records as needed, per table (e.g., sn_hr_core_case).  Be sure to look at the "Applies to" field to get records for Service Portal (i.e., Employee Center) and Mobile for consistency.
