How to export EC Pro Profile Pictures and Profile Banner Pictures

Hello,

I am looking for a way to export all Profile Pictures and Profile Banner Pictures uploaded into the Employee Center Pro as .xml.

I assume they are stored on the sys_attachment and sys_attachment_doc Tables but I:

1. Cannot tell if that is enough to also keep the association with the Users
2. Do not know the filters I can run on those Table to just get the records I need

Please help!

Unfortunately, there is no dedicated table as of today in ServiceNow. I noticed Attachment table (sys_attachment_list) records whose Table Name column value is "ZZ_YYsys_user" are all the profile pictures and the Table sys id is the sys_id of sys_user records.

Maybe the created by in sys_attachment table is customer's account (not sure as I don't have such data in my PDI).

I believe if you create a database view among sys_attachment, sys_user and customer_contact (maybe using one or two sys_id to test with), then you will have only external customers list with their photo.

Have a look at live_profile table too if that is of any help.
