Hi Community,
I'm auditing our new instance implementation and need to confirm the sys_id of a Group - I found a post from 2016 that advised that there should be an option in the dropdown list to view sys_id, but that does not seem to be the case anymore.
Will someone please advise how to view the sys_id?
Thank you

that option comes only when you are admin.
Check the URL and see if you can see the sysId there.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar,
I'm an HR Admin, but not a System Admin - could this be the reason?
Is there any way to download a report with the sys_ids of say, all the Groups or Skills etc.?
I watched a few YouTube videos and found advice on downloading the data in XML - which proved somewhat usefull, but was curious on whether you can view the sys_id somewhere in form view or possibly report on them.
Thank you!

That option should still be there if you are an admin.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar,
Thanks for the response. I'm an HR Admin, but not a System Admin - perhaps that is why I don't have the option. I was hoping there's a way to view in form view or perhaps report on it.
Thanks for the response!
