Hi Community,
I'm auditing our new instance implementation and need to confirm the sys_id of a Group - I found a post from 2016 that advised that there should be an option in the dropdown list to view sys_id, but that does not seem to be the case anymore.
Will someone please advise how to view the sys_id?
Thank you

that option comes only when you are admin.
Check the URL and see if you can see the sysId there.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar,
I'm an HR Admin, but not a System Admin - could this be the reason?
Is there any way to download a report with the sys_ids of say, all the Groups or Skills etc.?
I watched a few YouTube videos and found advice on downloading the data in XML - which proved somewhat usefull, but was curious on whether you can view the sys_id somewhere in form view or possibly report on them.
Thank you!

Hi @Alicia-AnneK ,
go to the sys_user_group table, right-click the header and select copy sysid (works if you’re an admin)
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
