I have a list of employee documents in ServiceNow, but the options within the dropdown are not clickable. When I click on any of the options, nothing happens, and it also displays "No Matches Found." How can I achieve proper functionality where selecting an item shows the relevant results? Additionally, how can I resolve the "No Matches Found" issue to ensure it shows the correct document when searched?
