Agent Workspace: How to Effectively Communicate Releases/Updates to HR Agents?

Seeking ideas for improving communication with HR agents about upcoming releases, feature additions, and upgrade changes.

Currently, we hold bi-weekly meetings with process owners/managers, but I'd like to leverage ServiceNow's Agent Workspace for a more streamlined approach. While we use the landing page Announcements, they aren't always effective.


Ideally, we'd like a more noticeable notification system within Agent Workspace (perhaps a push notification style) to supplement the announcements. Our goal is to make Agent Workspace the single point of entry for HR agents.

Has anyone implemented similar solutions within Agent Workspace? Any ideas for delivering these updates effectively, beyond just landing page announcements? Open to custom solutions or creative uses of existing features. Thanks!

Create the push notification in agent workspace that alerts the user that there have been new features added and ask them to check the Announcements for more details.  You could trigger the notification based off a very specific type of case that you define in the conditions of the notification that would only trigger when you want it to.  For example, maybe it's when a case is created where your name is the Opened For and Assigned To on the case.  You are just using the case as a mechanism to trigger the notification about the new features.
