We are developing a lifecycle management for employee exit from organization. In one of the activity sets the activities need to be performed by various assignment groups are configured as record producers.
The values entered in the record producer are mapped to description field of HR case form. These values entered in the MRVS are used for full and final settlement amount calculation.
The requirement is to get the MRVS from record producer into HR case form as a MRVS if possible, so the value can we accessed to calculate amount based on the clearance type in the below image.

if the HR case form has the variable editor then it should show all the variables along with MRVS on the form
This will be for both native + workspace
If the variable editor is not there then check this link where I shared solution on how to do
sharing here again
Before - No variable editor on form in workspace
After
1) created new UI formatter for HR Case in HR Core scope. to copy the formatter name see the incident variable editor
2) then added that on HR case table "Workspace UIB" view - Ensure you are in correct scope
Created a new form section "Variable Editor". Save
Output: HR Case in native shows variable editor in particular form section
HR Case in workspace shows the variable editor in section
