How to get the Record producer variable detail from HR case table in Reporting

Hello Team.

Good Morning,

i have created the record producer in HR_case table which have around 10 variables . when i create the HR case from record producer then all variable value store on hr_case table. 

i want to get the variable value  in report , how can i do ? Pls, Suggest
