Hi
I was configuring COE ACL Configuration. But it looks like its not working. I created a new COE Security Policy for HR Lifecycle Events Case Table, I putted the condition as "State is ready or Work in progress". Then I add group "HR Onboarding". Now when I am trying to access the cases of Lifecycle event case table, I am able to access the cases as I am not the member of that group.
Is this because I am the admin? I had tried it by different other users but they able to access as well.
Or I need to inactive some ACLs?
I am attaching some screenshots for your reference.
Thanks

Hi
This is most likely because you are an admin. One thing to check is the Impersonation check. If you are impersonating and your impersonation check system property is set to true. You can find this in the HR Administration > Properties. I would make sure this is selected, then test with a non-admin user. Here is a screen shot showing the property. This should be set to true in a Production environment.
Regards,
Mike

Were you able to solve this issue?
I am trying to implement COE ACL, but even a user who is a part of only one group can see all the cases.
Do i have to disable anything from existing OOB [sn_hr_core_case] (read)ACLs?
