How to hide or default CoE value on Case creation in HRSD?

Hello,

 

At our company we only use the HR Case CoE value, which is why the requirement came to have it defaulted to this value, as we don't use the others. i know how to disable the others, but even by disabling they would still need to select the value in the CoE-field.

 

My question is: can the coe-field be hidden?

If not, can it be put on read-only, then when the users fill in the HR-Service it gets auto-filled anyways.

Last question, can the order be rearranged?

Thanks for the response, but I'm looking for a solution in the Native UI, not in Agent Workspace.
