Hi everyone,
I have a requirement in Agent Workspace to increase the height of the Description field.
Currently, the Description field has a limited height, so when a user enters a long description, they need to scroll within the field to view the content.
Requirement: The Description field should display more lines of content, preferably expanding based on the content entered, without the user having to manually resize the field.
Is there any OOTB configuration available in Agent Workspace to achieve this?
If not, what would be the recommended approach to achieve this using UI Builder or any other supported configuration?
