How to make field visible depend on value of another field on hr case creation form.

Hi 
I want to make "are they approved" field set visible only if "new positions being considered" is "Yes".
This is on case creation form.
How can I do this .

HR case creation form is UI page (case_create_new) so it is not recommended to make ant changes since any customization on this page will be big impact to all HR COE cases
