Hello Friends, In Service Portal. While giving feedback for an KB Article.

Helpful - No or Rating is 3 or less than in below feedback form, Details should be mandatory.

Hi Sandeep, We have written a custom on before BR to KB Feedback table based on conditions to check if comments are mandatory.
