Unable to add 'Give Feedback' Drawer option in Custom ESC Portal

I have a requirement to add the feedback option in my custom ESC Portal . I have tried adding feedback configuration by navigation to Employee Center --> Feedback Configuration but it does not show up.

How can i enable it on custom portal with an existing survey.

Hello @abbasshaik4  , Thank you for sharing the information. I have tried the steps mentioned in the post earlier but it does not work.
