Hi all,
We have a requirement to enable the quick links [sn_ex_sp_quick_link] on the Employee center portal AI Search.
We have created the AI Search source and navigation tab to show the quick links.
In the quick link table [sn_ex_sp_quick_link], the records for knowledge articles are opening in native UI. Expectation is to open then knowledge article in the portal view.
We have created the EVAM configuration, template, Declarative action, and action payload but no luck. Attaching the screenshots of configurations for reference.
Please help if anyone has implemented this!
