How to check additional comments changes are done by incoming email?

Current Behavior:
We currently have a notification that is triggered whenever there is a change in the "Additional Comments" field.

New Requirement:
When a user sends an email, the content should be updated in the "Additional Comments" section. However, this update should not trigger the existing notification.

Have you tried to use setWorkflow(false) when updating the additional comments?
