How to send response automatically

Hi All,
I have requirement where HR case will be created through email to case creation. Once case will be created ServiceNow send a response automatically with some message. How can we achieve this?
Please explain with details.

Could you please guide on above use case? However, we don't want to forward inbound response. Can we send email through event?
