How to wrap text in HRSD lists

We recently went live on Zurich and have noticed that in HR Agent Workspace lists, the text is no longer wrapping like it used to before the upgrade. I've found some instructions online of how to wrap text, but it doesn't seem to apply to HR. Does anyone know how we can get text to wrap in lists in HR Agent Workspace (like it does in Service Operations Workspace still)? Thank you!

@CourtneyG Raise a case with ServiceNow support. They will suggest a workaround if this issue is related to Zurich upgrade.

So in HR Agent Workspace yes it does resize, but it isn't wrapping the text for us...when you do that in SOW, it does.

ok @CourtneyG ,

you can try to go to the list view of that table (not the SOW or HR Workspace) => click the gear icon (Personalize List) > you will see a checkbox and please check/uncheck "Wrap Column text" .
