Hi Team ,

I have created one tiles please refer screenshot , i want to add condition in pending cases tiles for e.g -Assigned to is me + active = true + state is pending . so where i can add the condition.

Hi @puja kumari ,

Apply the case filter condition from filter as below:

1. Assigned to is Dynamic me.

2. Active is true 

3. State is pending

But after adding filter and when i refresh it the state filter gone . for eg i have added 3 filter after refresh  shows 2  only
