Checklist section in Configurable workspace

Hi All,

We have activated plugin " Agent Workspace for HR Case Management". Mention the changes in below.

1.If any HR tasks has check list that will be display default in Legacy workspace but in configurable workspace, by default attachment section shows, instead of checklist section. Please find below screenshot. is it OOB behavior for configurable workspace?

2. Is it expected behavior for configurable workspace?
There was no sound notification, when receiving an answer, the initiator didn't receive a sound notification.
Please assist here.

Hello @abirakundu23 ,

 

I believe you are referring to checklists on HR case and not HR task.  The configurable agent workspace for HR does support the checklist configured on HR service on HR cases. If you are not seeing the checklist appear for a new case you have created after the checklist has been configured on the HR service, I recommend you create a now support request as it will need troubleshooting on your instance.
