HR Agent workspace--Configure Page is not displaying on avatar when i open HR case in workspace

Hi All,

I have installed Agent workspace for HRSD.

Configure Page option is not displaying on avatar when i open case in workspace, i can see only configure workspace option and also I have selected the correct scope. And also when i go to All workspaces also i cant see HR Agent workspace.

Hi Mahesh,

Configure Page won't display I guess, it will display only configure workspace, but you should see HR workspace when you go to all workspace module, just log out and log in and see if HR workspace is visible here. Lastly you should have admin access? mark my answer as correct if that helps.

I can see only Agent Workspace.  HR workspace is not available.

With the new workspace configurations are done in UI builder for the workspace view or in the platform view / next experience for case forms. start by hitting the configure workspace button
