HR Agent workspace mandatory fields issue

After completing all the required fields on the agent workspace and trying to update the case, I face a problem where the system does not permit me to proceed further. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue. Furthermore, I have investigated the UI policies, and I did not find any policy that could potentially be causing this problem. If you have any suggestions or guidance on how to address this issue, please let me know.

Is there any error message you are seeing or is the submit button greyed out? if its the latter can you click away on the form and see if the submit button is highlighted?
