HR Agent Workspace - Unsaved changes alert on HR Tasks, despite no changes being made

We're experiencing a strange issue in HR Agent Workspace > HR Tasks (on Yokohama Patch 8). Opening any HR task and scrolling up and down the record a couple times -- but not actually making any changes -- results in the unsaved changes circle glyph appearing on the Workspaces header and task tab header.
We dug into the logs and found a few odd errors:

Those resolve to a few different Now Assist skills that we're not even using:
- Case summarization (810c8f4488857110f8777b97b14a6a98)
- Journey summarization for managers (d19a2b563bf3de50b4151954c3e45af3)
- Case summarization for approvals (1d9526af2b782e10ed53f6c0ce91bfac)
We've opened a HI ticket but curious if anyone else has experiencing any issues? Updating Now Assist application plugins doesn't seem to have resolved the issue.
