HR case agent needs toi see relevant knowledge articles for HR Service

I have seen this has been asked before but cant find a proper solution. 
so here it is again  - how to help HR case agent and provide him relevant knowledge articles during case handling in agent workplace ?
We have HR knowledge base populated with relevant categories and articles as a guideline for HR agents.

I was thinking use ML and make it work but no luck yet. 
This is mainly for HR case agent and not on employee portal for end users.

any pointers ??

Please verify the table configuration to ensure that the HR tables are active in the contextual search.

 

navigate to contextual search -> table configurations
