HR Users Cannot Select Variable in Filter

Hello,

We are having an issue where HR users cannot create a filter for an HR form they are trying to view. They get stopped when trying to enter a "Select Variable". When they try to search on the "Select Variable" field the following error message appears:  "Security constraints prevent access to requested page"

Questions: can this be due to:
1. these individuals not  having the corrects rights? or
2. these individuals not being assigned to the correct roles?
3. if it is due to rights or roles can someone let us know what the correct rights or roles are?

Enclosed please find two screenshots. The first is the filter trying to be created. The second is the error message that appears when "Select Variable" is clicked on.

Hi @lreiner,

it's missing access for sure. When you see this error message, you can check in the URL what's the table and then admin can check who can access it.

Eventually you can use Access Analyzer to get some ideas.
