HR Case Approvals

Hi,

I am trying to work on HR case approvals, but noticed that when the HR case is created and needs approval, it can only be approved using EC and not in HR Agent workspace, tried this as HR admin as well.

 

Has anyone faced this before, if so what's the fix?

Please share the steps.

Hi @shweta khemani ,

 

 you need to update the existing UI Action record so its Condition allows the Assigned To to approve, AND ensure that Workspace Form Button and Format for Configurable Workspace are set to true, since otherwise the button remains hidden even if roles like HR Admin or Manager are configured correctly..
