HR Case creation from email and received box security.

Hello.
I want to create HR Case from Inbound email.
To achieve this, I did the following 2 steps so far.
-Email properties> Inbound Email Configuration => Yes
-Inbound Email Actions > Create HR Case => Active
I found the following sentence in "Create HR Case" > Condition tab and QA answer.
"This inbound email action is triggered when an email is sent to the HR Department email. This email property is defined in HR configuration. "

This sentence and answers means...
I should set existing HR email address and change the setting of it forwarding email to servicenow instance email?
(This sentence does not mean that ServiceNow instance can have another email address for HR inquiry?)
I have another question.
Inbound Emails are received in Mailbox in servicenow insntance.
The contents of HR inquiry Inbound Emails are able to seen everyone who has admin role?
How to prevent from reading the contents of HR email without having HR Roles?

And, I have to change the setting of existing HR email address that forwards to Servicenow Instance email?
In servicennow instance received box, how to prevent users without HR roles from reading HR Email?
