When Direct Deposit Case is completed, Trigger a New Case of “Payroll Unlocking”
Push
Enquiry Type= Job Changes (Contractual Changes)
If Effective Immediately = No
Effective Date = Effective Date from Direct Deposit
If Effective Immediately = Yes
Effective Date = Current Date
Parent=Direct Deposit HR Case Number

 

How we can achieve this?

Hello @supriyabehe ,

 

The easiest way would be with a Flow that gets triggered when the first Case gets closed, and creates the second Case.

 

Use the "Create Case" Action, provide the COE table and HR Service of the new Case, and populate other fields as needed. But don't set the Parent of the new Case to the old Case, otherwise the new Case would be cancelled immediately because completed Cases are not supposed to have active child Cases.
