I do not see all of the available COE
In my instance, I see only 6 COE's on the "COE configuration" menu. How do I add more of the OOB COE's to this page?

In HR case, when parent case state is changed to closed complete, if any of the child cases are not closed, then error/info message has to show up saying child cases are not closed. This has to happen without scripting. Any suggestions on this?
Under HR Criteria you are able to add more than one new condition. I have made this change, but it does not seem to be accounting for the new condition. Do these act as "OR" or are they "AND". We added two as they are off of different tables.
