HR Case Header Configuration Not Working

HI Team,

 

I have create a HR Header Configuration, I tried to use custom title but its not working but the Person Row is working. Please find the attachments and let me know if I am trying anything wrong.

Hi,

 

I was able to reproduce the issue and I think you have a Page Route Map record that is redirecting the ticket page into something else.

Navigate to Service Portal > Page Route Maps and search a record where the 'Route from' is hrm_ticket_page. Open the record and deactivate by de-selecting the active field.

If you refresh the ticket page in portal, you now should be able to see the custom title.

 

BUT, please be aware the layout will change and you will need to investigate if disabling the Page Route Map is the right solution for you.
