HR case takes too long to load

HEllo team,
I have an issue wherein I have two instances, test and UAT.
We had migrated the test's data to UAT by running a scheduled job. I am facing an issue wherein My test instance has data (22k records) wherein I search for state = cancelled while UAT has 14k but still UAT takes a min to load while Test loads in about 10-12 seconds.
I am having a hard time understanding this.
Can anybody let me know where I can check how to resolve or what might be causing this?

Hi @Singh3 ,

Even i faced this issue, it's primarily because of the number of records. Please raise a Support case with ServiceNow, they can fix this.

 

Thanks @Community Alums but the issue is that on 1 instance it is working fine, but on the other instance only we are having this issue. Even the all list which has more than 5lakh+ records loads faster than when we filter.
