HR Cases Activities section is missing

Hi Community,
I am having a strange issue for which I am seeking help, for the HR Cases the Comments and WorkNotes sections doesn't have any Activities recorded on the Form View, but the same is available on the Agent Workspace for HR.

I have checked configuration and everything is fine and even ACLs are fine.

There is some issue going on in community that images are not visible.
please add it using browse feature and add as attachment to post.
