HR is not visible in ESC portal mega menu

Hi All,

I have installed the below plugins on PDI however HR is missing from portal.

Human resource core

Employee center pro

HR Taxonomy

I have tried to repair all plugins with demo data, but it is still same, Please provide your suggestions to resolve this issue.

Hi @Community Alums ,

It doesn't comes OOTB until you add the child topics to the taxnomy.

Please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to all>Content Taxonomy> Taxonomies>Employee>Add HR to the Child Topic

Hi @Community Alums I had similar issue in the PDI, but once I created a record producer under the HR catalog it resolved my issue. You can try that once.

Hello everyone,

I know the post is old, but maybe someone will find this response useful.

It is possible that the user you are using doesn't have the permission to see this tab in employee center (even if you are using system administrator, which was my case). Try switching to HR Admin user (impersonate this user if you are a system admin) and see if you can see the HR tab in employee center or not. If it shows then the initial user you are using needs to get permission to see this tab.
