HR Service Checklist

I have added a checklist in a HR Service however when I am creating a HR case selecting that HR Service, checklist is not coming into HR Case. I have also configured related list and moved checklist to right side.

Hi @SaurabhK6780891 ,

 

Please go to Configure > Form Design and check whether the Checklist Formatter has been added to the form. If it has not been added, please add it. Also, ensure the checklist is added to the HR service. See the images below for reference.

Could you please share some screenshots of the HR Service and the Case?

If we are opening the case in Agent Workspace checklist is showing, however it is not appear on the HR Case native view.

if you can see the screenshots, checklist is showing in HR Agent workspace however it is not showing on HR Case native view.

if you will see the screen shot, check list is showing in HR Agent workspace how ever not showing in HR case native view
