I'm having a problem with the ticket page.
When the record is an RITM, the users' avatars/initials appear,
but when it’s an HR Case, they don’t

Do you get the same results on any HR Case (i.e., all COE tables)? Things I would validate:
- Which "portal page" is on the My Request Filter for the impacted HR Cases ->OOB it is hrm_ticket_page
- Has the page has been customized?
- What "info widget" is being used on the Standard Ticket Configuration for the impacted HR Cases -> OOB it is HRM Case Info
- Has the widget been customized?
- As admin, from your HR Case record in My Requests - you can Ctrl + right click on the record and select "Show Widget Customizations" to see if the Standard Ticket Header has been customized
