For the Yokohama upgrade, is the HR Walk-up functionality automatically enabled or configured by default?  I want to ensure HR Walk-up is inactive. What steps should I take to confirm it is not available to HR users after the upgrade?

NO, HR Walk-up functionality is NOT automatically enabled .
