'HRM Todos Summary' widget

Hi Team,

 

Good day!

 Could someone please let me know, how widget 'Standard Ticket Conversation' is being called within widget 'HRM Todos Summary' ? I need to replace with one of custom widget, however I am not able to find out the script which is calling ''Standard Ticket Conversation'' within 'HRM Todos Summary'.

HRM Todos Summary is different than Standard Ticket Conversation widget

what's your requirement?

Todo widget shows task and standard ticket conversation widget is used on ticket page

Thank you for your swift response. My requirement is to hide 'work_notes' from 'esc' portal pertaining to HR cases for all the users regardless of assigned roles.

if you hide then how end users will know what's happening on their HR Cases?

If you still require then 2 approaches

1) ensure they don't pass field level READ ACL for work notes then that field will be gone from Ticket conversation widget

OR

2) Clone the widget and then hide it for your HR tables, see this and enhance

Hide worknote for everyone on Service Portal [Helsinki]

With respect to your below question,  we would like additional_comments  for end users not the work_notes.

if you hide then how end users will know what's happening on their HR Cases?

 

Additionally the article you have shared, I had already followed that but that worked for incidents/RITMS and not for hr cases.
